60 MINUTE customized session based on clients' wants/ needs. More than just relaxation, it is a total body treatment. It may cover a variety of different techniques and modalities in one session. From Swedish to neuro to medical, the body and client choice of services. It is good for those who have chronic pain issues, want to maintain or increase mobility, or are new to massage. The session can be increased by 30 minutes no more than 120 min sessions at a rate of $45/ 30 minutes. (2x Intro)

Targeted, results-driven form of massage therapy used to treat specific, physician-diagnosed health conditions or injuries.  Medical massage aims to achieve measurable, functional improvements in a patient's soft tissues. Postural, Gait, and ROM assessments are included if needed. Sessions can range from 30 to 90 mins. This technique uses a tool to treat muscle pain and to break down scar tissue. 'Gua sha is the practice of using a tool to apply pressure and scrape the skin to relieve pain and tension'.
